On June 17 we left Port Douglas, drove back to Cairns and flew from Cairns to Brisbane where we stayed for the next week and half.  Brisbane was focus of our trip since our youngest son was getting married there th following week.  We six family members who had been in Port Douglas together stayed in rented accommodations in Brisbane, spent a great deal of time exploring the area and meeting the new daughter-in-law and sister-in-law's family.  We arrived in Brisbane on the 17th and left again for Sydney on the 26th after celebrating the wedding on the 24th.  These are few photos from Brisbane.  Photos of the Brisbane Botanical Gardens and from our excursions I'll save for another post.
