We spent most of our third day outside Death Valley National Park. It was Easter Sunday and we went to a church in Beatty, Nevada, only to find that their sunrise service was already over. Unable to find another church we drove on to Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge where we spent a quiet day and then returned to Death Valley via the southeast entrance and the Jubilee Pass Road and spent the night at Ashford Mill after watching the sunset. The photos from Ash Meadows will be in another post. The photo above is the road from Death Valley to Beatty, the Daylight Pass Road.
